We recommend booking at least 1-3 months in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak event seasons like weddings, holidays, or corporate event times. However, our Digital Photo Booths are sometimes available on a week's notice, so it is best to contact us for upcoming dates.

Yes, we require a $50- $75 deposit to confirm your booking. The balance is due 3 days before the event. We start working on your temple and theme immediately, and the deposit also covers this.

We provide on-site attendants with each 360 and DSLR rental to ensure everything runs smoothly. If any issues arise, our team will resolve them quickly so your event continues without disruption.

The digital booth is simple and self-explanatory, but if there is any issue, we offer text support, or you can call us, and we'll happily walk you through any problem.
